Many of us live in our heads—rushing from one thing to the next, assuming the worst, caught in repeated stress cycles, or carrying old emotions, experiences, and trauma within the body.

Somatic healing uses the body as the starting point for healing, gently exploring how it holds and expresses emotions, stress, and past experiences.

A space to slow down & reconnect

The Embodied Reset is a guided, supportive container designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel safe in your body again.

Through this process, you’ll begin to build awareness of your internal landscape, understand what activates your nervous system, and learn how to regulate it—so you can move through thoughts, memories, and emotions with more ease.

  • A free 15-20 min. discovery call

  • 4- session container

    • Session 1: 60 minutes (includes intake and introduction to somatic work

    • Session 2-4: 45 minutes each (includes additional time for me to prep your session ahead of time)

  • Ongoing support from me

What a Session May Look Like

Rather than following a rigid or clinical structure, this work is led by your body and what it’s ready for. Each session is slow, intentional, and tailored to you, designed to meet you where you are.

My approach weaves together somatic healing, mind-body practices, intuitive guidance, and energy work. We will incorporate various somatic healing practices, including gentle movement, breathwork, stillness, and guided awareness.

You’ll not only experience shifts within the sessions, but also receive ongoing support and tools to help you integrate this work into your daily life—so the healing continues beyond our time together.

Payment plan: $250 to book, $250 due before the 3rd session.
