Somatic breathwork works with the body's own intelligence rather than around it. Through conscious, connected breathing patterns, the practice can shift the nervous system out of chronic stress states and create space for stored tension, emotion, and experience to surface and move.
Unlike talk-based approaches, it doesn't ask you to explain what's wrong — it lets the body lead.
